Subhash Palekar, a renowned Indian agriculturist and a pioneer in Zero Budget Natural Farming will be conducting a 3 - days workshop on Natural Farming, organised by Give Me Trees Trust. This workshop is being held for the farmers across country and is scheduled for 29th February to 2nd March in Pune. The workshop aims to raise awareness about natural farming practices, emphasizing chemical-free methods as an alternative to conventional agriculture.
Padma Shri Awardee, Subhash Palekar, offers invaluable insights and techniques developed in the mid-1990s as a response to the limitations of Green Revolution methods. With his knowledge, experience and expertise, Give Me Trees is honoured to host a large number of farmers and attendees for this 3 day shiver (workshop) on Natural Farming. This will be a one in a lifetime opportunity for the farmers to learn from and in the presence of Subhash Palekar ji, also lovingly known as “Krishika Rishi” by the farming communities in India.
Give Me Trees Trust is delighted and grateful for this opportunity. This workshop is completely funded by Give Me Trees Trust, including the food and stay for the farmers. We believe this will be one of the largest scaled educational experience for the farmers by someone who has revolutionised Indian farming.
We believe such educational collaborations highly benefit those who work so hard to provide us food, grains and take care of our environment so sincerely. Its our time to give back and bring them to the forefront, starting with this 3 day workshop on Natural Farming.
Here is where we could use your support in the form of donations to make this an even smoother experience for the farmers.
We would be thankful and grateful for your donations and contributions, no matter how big or small.
